Very nice, ordered it pre-assembled. Huge pallet arrived with box on top, took ages to dismantle the box into pieces small enough for the bin, lots of plastic wrapping. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate you looking after my purchase but there's so much cardboard and plastic to dispose of when the chair is taken out.

I do understand that the packaging can seem a bit much, but in order to ensure returns due to damage in transit is minimised, some of our suppliers wrap up chairs very well.

Excellent value for the price and relatively easy to assemble. The chair was not purchase for me so I can't comment on it's comfort but it looked well constructed

Easy to put together with all parts clearly identified. Appears very comfortable. Quality seems okay although some lateral movement in arm rests and wheels struggling on carpet. Lumber support welcome

A comfortable chair but I am 190cm tall and found the headrest does not extend high enough.
