Contrasting piping complements sumptuous leather faced upholstery on this popular chair. In conjunction with an integral headrest, a generously proportioned waterfall seat and backrest with sculpted lumbar support and padded armrests the chair mechanism offers a sturdy gas-lift for easy seat height adjustment, and a mechanism which allows the user to fully recline in the chair and is adjustable for individual – body weight (tension control) which can be locked in the upright position. It is finished with a polished chrome spider base with twin wheel hooded castors.

Not sure if it really is "Leather faced" Tow suppliers say it is and I have it in writing. It is very soft so could be faux leather, bonded leather or leather PU none of which are real genuine leather!

It was a nightmare to build even though I carefully followed the instructions. The holes for the crews were large and the arms barely covered them. The covering on the arms is not even, that is tucked in straight.

The arms are not chromed just polished aluminium.

I ordered the cream one but it is in fact Ivory White which to be honest I like more.

Overall, I am not expecting it top last like my old Staples actual leather faces chair did - 18 years. But as it was under £200 delivered. I think it could be good value if it really is leather despite the poor quality of finish.

The term leather faced which is used by the manufacturer is a combination of real & faux leather used throughout the chair. I believe that our customer service team has clarified most of these points for you including the arms which are not stated as polished chrome, this is just the base of the chair.
