Elite Office Furniture UK Ltd was established in Howden in 1986. Over the last 30 years, Elite Office Furniture UK Ltd has grown into a successful multi million pound business. They occupy 152.000 sq ft of manufacturing space and employ 150 people. The original 10 staff and factory operatives are still employed.
New multi-million pound machinery was introduced due to the continued success of previous years business, which allowed a more streamlined and cost reducing production flow as well as a predominately lower environmental impact. Elite has a strong commitment to the environment, and are building a new state-of-the-art production facility at Airmyn, Goole. This will enable production of furniture and seating more efficiently, minimising the operation's running costs and environmental impact.
