'Home office furniture'
The furniture was delivered very quickly - directly after the Easter Bank Holiday. The driver had difficulty maneouvring his trolley up the high kerb, but kept trying until he succeeded. The entire process was easy and efficient. I bought five pieces of furniture in all. They are delivered in flat packs and I was relieved to find that all of the pieces and instruction booklets were delivered - nothing was missing or damaged. Altogether, I was delighted at the ease of ordering, purchase and the service. The only improvement I can suggest would be to send an email informing of imminent delivery.

Dams Double Door Cupboard with 4 Shelves - 1790mm High
This tall cupboard provides ample space for folders and stationery. The middle shelf is fixed, but the other four shelves can be placed at flexible heights. The cupboard is robust and looks good. It can also be locked.
Dams Maestro 25 Corner Desk with Twin Cantilever Legs - 1600 x 1200mm & Desk High Pedestal
I was delighted to find this corner desk for my home office. The online ordering process was easy. It's the first online portal run by a British company that I've used that was able to find a European billing address. Delivery was quick and efficient. The furniture is delivered on the ground floor only, so was temporarily stored in the garage. The desk was quickly built. All of the parts were supplied (none were missing), including the building instructions. The desk looks good, is robust and of good quality.
Dams Double Door Cupboard with 3 Shelves - 1440mm High
This cupboard is practical, robust and attractive. The middle shelf is at a fixed height. The other two shelves can be placed at flexible heights. The cupboard can be locked. As my home office is not very large, this shorter cupboard provides plenty of storage without dominating the room.

A comfortable office chair, well-padded and adjustable. It is fairly small and I would not recommend it for a large person as it is narrower and shorter in the seat than my last one. A good buy.

'SATISFACTORY, BUT COULD BE A LOT BETTER'
It was minimal. Only two to advise of delivery changes, but yet the delivery date was totally different to that expected. So not helpful one bit.
The driver of the vehicle that delivered the goods was SUPERB. Very friendly, helpful and kind.

When an item has a longer lead time such as 8-10 weeks, delivery is only estimated and we send out expected delivery based on the time of despatch from the manufacturers.
I apologise that your delivery seemed to be delivered unexpectedly, and I will look into why tracking was not more precise.
