I am the service coordinator at a local community centre, and we required old and damaged chairs replacing.
I ordered 2 packs of 4 chairs. They were delivered on time and are of a good quality.
Unfortunately one of the chairs had a split in the plastic chair back.
The customer services were excellent.
A form was sent by return email requesting a photo. The replacement chair arrived the following day. The damaged one was removed at the same time.
Overall an excellent service from the company and the delivery firm.
I would not hesitate to recommend them, and will be buying more chairs in the future..

Sadly the product didn't suit my needs ie. I'd chose the wrong-size. However, Office Furniture Direct treated me well and refunded me as soon as I returned it to them for credit. An honourable company. Thankyou.

I ordered an office chair, assembled. Arrived quickly but panel on back was damaged. J think these could be better packaged. I contacted customer services who replied within the hour and dealt with the issue immediately. 5 stars for the service

Excellent communication and service. I contacted customer service in hopes of expediting delivery which was kindly accommodated. The delivery was on time and I was given ample notification regarding the time slot to ensure we were available to receive. Item arrived packaged with care. I am extremely pleased with my experience.
