'Replacement home office chair.'
From order to delivery the process was easy and on schedule. However the additional glides I had ordered with the chair were missing and the box looked to have been damaged with gaps in the closure tape. An attempt to repair this had been made by the delivery company.
An email to the customer service representative received a timely response with next day delivery implemented.

Nautilus Avanti Bonded Leather Chair
This is a nice looking chair, easily assembled in a very short time. Comfortable to use and easy to adjust height to suit individual requirements. It has an upright seating position which I’m not yet comfortable with. There is no recline position which for me is a disappointment. Hence the dropped star rating.
Service was great, delivery on time. Although I recommend use of more closure tape on the box to keep it closed and contents secure.
