'Good product, poor assembly instructions'
Product arrived quickly but loose in a box with the top open. Luckily all there. Assembly instructions were very poor and generic screw and washer kit was far in excess of that needed. Actual product good once assembled!

The chair would have arrived boxed, but with minimal packaging as it is already mostly put together. We do offer a pre-built service whereby the chair is built upon arrival - but we are on the end of the phone if there are any issues and can assist with the instructions also.

'Very good product'
Friendly helpful gentleman on the phone regarding different chairs.
Must also comment on delivery service - a delightful, friendly and smiley gentleman and popped it into my garage for me.
Just one little thing! I noticed a small crease in the fabric on the back rest but not sufficiently bad to return, wondered if this had not gone through quality control. Perhaps you could comment on this

Nautilus Chair Glide
I was expecting them to be a bit less slippy on a wooden/laminate floor, they are made of hard plastic, and have no rubber footing. The chair moves just like its on wheels. I think these would be great for carpet

'Comfortable chair'
Easy to order, and fast delivery. Unfortunately, I had a little difficulty assembling the chair. Rang Customer Services, who were very helpful.

Teknik Ergo Blaster Operators Chair
Instructions for the assembly of chair, are a bit basic. I had to seek help. The chair is comfortable, but badly finished on the fabric Loose threads were cut off to neaten the chair.

'Absolutely first class.'
Absolutely first class, the lead time is recommended as 5-10 working days. We received the chairs within 2 days and the desks within 3. All the furniture is sturdy and great for what will be a hard environment in a mechanical workshop office. Really pleased with this purchase.

Really easy to assemble - not actually used yet.

Will be honest much larger than expected, 'Measure twice - Order once'!!!! But sturdy and a great unit.

Nautilus Westminster Bonded Leather Executive Chair
The chair is very comfortable for me and I’m not exactly a skinny guy. I’m using it at my desk and it’s got a good backrest so my posture is better than it was!
The only downside is no instructions for assembly are included in the box so I had to guess work my way through it. Despite that it was easy to put together but I recommend two people so you have enough hands putting the arms and back together
So far the chair is great, sturdy and holding up to me gaming for hours in a row!
