'Missing screws'
Chair arrived without any screws to fix into place. Not sure if DPD's fault or Office Furniture Direct. However it took two attempts to get the screws to me. DPD admitting they lost the first lot. However Claire in customer service was very helpful.

'Great Service'
I have used this company twice now and both times I’ve had good service each time. I had a problem with my first order which was entirely my fault. I was very impressed the way they worked with me to sort the problem out. I would definitely use this company again.

'Fast and efficient'
Great range of chairs. Extremely quick delivery - in my case under 24 hours from order to delivery. Had a slight problem with my purchase but a replacement fitting was posted within a day. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
