1. The office desk is very heavy and I have still not been able to get confirmation of the mass (kg). The delivery documents were poor quality black print on green paper - barely legible so the mass is nnot clear form those documents. This could be dangerous as the suitability of a floor cannot be assessed.
2. The assembly instructions are inaccurate in a couple of details.
3. The 70mm long screws are too long for the holes into which they fit. I had to go to B&Q to get suitable screws.

The weight of the desk is 43 kg and the pedestal is 36 kg. Neither of these would be considered particularly heavy for an office floor or home office.
I apologise for the ferrule screw being missing - we contacted the manufacturer Dams immediately who sent out a new fixing kit on next day delivery.
The assembly instructions that come with the desk and pedestal are the same as the ones that we have online, which have a step by step written instruction with images to assist this. Many of our customers found these instructions easy to use - but I completely understand that with a screw missing it can make a simple assembly become very difficult and frustrating.
Again, I am very sorry that you were not overly impressed with the assembly and delivery using Evri; but I hope that now your desk and pedestal are installed you are happy with the quality of the desk and overall look of your new office equipment.

Rapid delivery and the product matches the website description. The Goliath Duo chair is rated for 24hour use (the main reason I purchased this model) and for heavier weight individuals. I'm hoping that this chair will last longer ion use than the two to three years I Usually get from chairs.
It is recommended that two people work together to assemble this chair, The components are both larger and heavier than those I have built from other suppliers or manufacturers, in line with the advertised heavier service duty.
I did build the chair on my own, which took a bit of lateral thinking to complete without damaging the finishings of the chair, but it can be done (with a little verbal lubrication in my case). Assembly only took me twenty-five minutes. The chair is very comfortable and fits me well (I am only 5'8" and 15 stone).
Other suppliers do offer this chair at a lower price, but refused my order because I live in Scotland (still on the motorway network). Office Furniture Direct provided a service that was worth every penny paid.
It is worth noting that they do offer the chair pre-built as a service at additional cost, though I would advise confirming the width of your door openings prior to selecting this option, the chair would not fit through the doors of my house when fully assembled.
Assembled dimensions measured:
across armrests - 790 mm or 31 1/8 inches
front to back - 770 mm or 30 5/16
For the record the internal doors in my house are 726 mm to the frame.
Highly recommended.

Good solid desk, good value and easy to assemble. It's heavy and needs 2 people to turn it the right way up after assembly.
