I ordered the chair on one day, it was dispatched the day after and I received it the day after that! I have not experienced that speedy customer service on an item so big in the past!

The chair was easy to assemble, instructions easy to follow. the chair looks impressive and while not having used it yet for any length of time as yet, is very comfortable, and easy to adjust to suit

The desk pedestal was delivered when expected and with a phone call to confirm the exact time. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pedestal. It was in place and being used within minutes. Excellent product.
