'Missing screws'
Chair arrived without any screws to fix into place. Not sure if DPD's fault or Office Furniture Direct. However it took two attempts to get the screws to me. DPD admitting they lost the first lot. However Claire in customer service was very helpful.

'Fast and efficient'
Great range of chairs. Extremely quick delivery - in my case under 24 hours from order to delivery. Had a slight problem with my purchase but a replacement fitting was posted within a day. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
