Originally supplied item had a manufacturing fault, phoned customer service on Friday, a replacement unit was delivered on Monday. Excellent service.

Very Good Service. Ordered on line and given a 2 day window when the delivery would take place. Then notified by the carrier on the day of a 1 hour window for the delivery. ---- Would I use Office Furniture Direct Again ? ...yes
