'Better than average for a very good price'
Ordered on Monday and arrived Friday morning in a single large box. There was a 40mm hole in the box but fortunately nothing behind to get damaged. Packing was a bit sparse consisting of 2 pieces of folded cardboard. All parts were present and in good condition. There are ten x 6mm screws to assemble the chair (9 were cross-point and one which was hexagon head). The padding on the seat and back was quite thick and firm which made the pieces heavy, so a spare pair of hands will come in useful when assembling. Using the basic sketches for information, the unit goes together easily and results in a very nice looking chair.
The multiple adjustments mean that you can micro adjust all aspects to get a really comfortable personal fit. It may take a few days of use to get the chair just how you want it (a bit like getting used to a car seat) but once in place the settings lock well and stay in place.
I am very pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate recommending both the company and the product to others.
