'Reasonable Product / Very Good Service'
The chair arrived a day later than the 7 business day commitment, but the Office Furniture Direct people I spoke to about this were extremely polite, prompt and professional.
The chair was assembled on arrival (for which I paid a reasonable amount) but it would have been helpful to have instructions on how to put it into a recline position. I found this out by searching on the internet.
Note that the chair isn't as wide as you might expect, and so far as I can tell there isn't an option to refit the arms to allow more space between the arms and your hips.
After a few hours I've noticed that the seat begins to feel a little hard. I've introduced a cushion for added comfort.

Had to make one call to clarify specifications, quickly answered. Very surprised and happy to get a call to confirm dispatch and deliver driver was helpful in getting the packages into the house.

'Seamless.'
The whole process was easy. Easy to navigate the website. Find the items I needed and order them. The communication was great. I received a call from the courier regarding exactly when i would receive the items (two desks). The desks arrived on time and damage free.

Gentoo Rectangular Desk with Single Cantilever Legs - 1000mm x 600mm
I assembled 2 desks in less than half an hour. They are excellent quality, and a great size for my needs (working from home). I've been using them for a few days now and they suit my needs perfectly. My other half is also using the same desk and agrees.
The desks are sturdy and I think will last a long long time. A cut above what you might find on the high street.
I wouldn't hesitate to use office furniture direct again.

Very happy with the office furniture I ordered. Great price, prompt delivery and solid quality. They us a fantastic dispatching / courier company (Panther) who were accommodating with the delivery slot and very helpful on the day of delivery.
One of the products was slightly damaged (hardly noticeable). When I let them know this was dealt with within a few days and rectified.
