'Arrived damaged but sorted quickly'
Goods arrived damaged however a replacement part was dispatched quickly and issue sorted within a few days. Once spare part received I if am very happy with the product

'1st class service'
Arrived early by several days. Well packaged and clear warning against using sharp tools to open packaging. All parts of chair well protected. Easy to assemble. Chair looks beautiful and comfy to sit on.

'Disappointed'
Courier service gave no notification for delivery..Even though I was in ,they left it in my garage which is at the bottom of a flight of steps..I'm retired and live alone and carrying it to the required place was difficult. Instructions for assembly are inadequate... Seat base damaged so will have to return

Quick turnaround, well packed to prevent damage and as far as flat pack goes this is probably one of the better products I've used. Assembled it is a good solid piece of furniture. If there was one way to improve this then I think some part numbers to match the individual items would be useful to save time sorting the different pieces out.
