Packed well. Good product and very stylish, also very comfortable. Only issue I had was that the body weight tilt tensioner did not work. The plastic adjuster has a screw thread fitting which did not go through the collar far enough so I had to cut the extra thread to allow it to operate.

'Ideal tool for elderly people to use.'
I bought 2 tools for closing tables up in my village hall. There are many elderly people that use the hall frequently so they are ideal for them to use easily.

'Very quick service'
Amazingly quick service, we haven't yet built the furniture but appears to be solid and well made.
The delivery service wasn't great as they had no pallets available and we had to help handball this off the truck which in an all female workplace wasn't ideal.
