The sliders were exactly what a required and with a little modification fitted perfectly. The Post Office had damaged the packaging quite severely and it was lucky that all 4 items were still in the package

We were very pleased with the help and service we received. The delivery men were pleasant and installed the cupboard quickly and professionally .
It would have been helpful (to us and them) if we had been notified of the arrival date/time, but apart from that, no problems.

Good product. Some very small marks but even on a white desk, not enough to cause any concern.

'Reasonable Product / Very Good Service'
The chair arrived a day later than the 7 business day commitment, but the Office Furniture Direct people I spoke to about this were extremely polite, prompt and professional.
The chair was assembled on arrival (for which I paid a reasonable amount) but it would have been helpful to have instructions on how to put it into a recline position. I found this out by searching on the internet.
Note that the chair isn't as wide as you might expect, and so far as I can tell there isn't an option to refit the arms to allow more space between the arms and your hips.
After a few hours I've noticed that the seat begins to feel a little hard. I've introduced a cushion for added comfort.
