'Service OK, poor packaging'
Service was OK, until the package was received, damaged. Also some parts inside were damaged too.

Dams Senza Ergo 24hr Ergonomic Task Chair
Delivery was as expected, but the packaging was very poor. The box was battered, and some of the parts were damaged. In particular the silver leg cap and the bottom of the backrest plastic was cracked and bits fall off it regularly. Although this hasn't stopped me from using it, and I would've sent it back, but this would probably be very inconvenient to me, so I'm sticking with it for now. The chair itself is fairly comfortable though.
I'm very sorry that your chair arrived damaged, this is not how we expect our customers to receive items.
We have contacted you to ensure that this is amended and have passed on the poor delivery to our couriers.

Simple enough to put together, but made a bit more fiddly by having different types of bolts where it really didn't need to.
