'New home desk'
No fuss service, placed an order and they emailed me a delivery date and approx time. On the day I received a call to confirm package was on the way and they turned up on time. The two delivery men unloaded. Good service, no complaints.

This is THE best chair I have ever sat in BUT .. needed more help setting it up only the link to a video in the instructions didn't work.

'Good value chair much cheaper than other suppliers for the same chair.'
Not Good.
I was informed it would be delivered next day - Friday.
After waiting in all day, at 4pm I contacted them and they said it "had been scanned but not loaded."
Then I was told it would be delivered on Monday.
I got a text whilst 30 miles from my home on the Staurday saying it would be delivered in 2 hours. I just got home in time to meet the driver.
The box was so filthy dirty with what looked like soot, I didn't want it in my home so unpacked the bits outside.

Unfortunately there was a delay which we were unaware of with regards to your delivery, as DPD did not receive the chair on the Friday due to it not being loaded properly. This was very unfortunate, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Nautilus Dijon Leather Faced Executive Chair
Not sure if it really is "Leather faced" Tow suppliers say it is and I have it in writing. It is very soft so could be faux leather, bonded leather or leather PU none of which are real genuine leather!
It was a nightmare to build even though I carefully followed the instructions. The holes for the crews were large and the arms barely covered them. The covering on the arms is not even, that is tucked in straight.
The arms are not chromed just polished aluminium.
I ordered the cream one but it is in fact Ivory White which to be honest I like more.
Overall, I am not expecting it top last like my old Staples actual leather faces chair did - 18 years. But as it was under £200 delivered. I think it could be good value if it really is leather despite the poor quality of finish.

The term leather faced which is used by the manufacturer is a combination of real & faux leather used throughout the chair. I believe that our customer service team has clarified most of these points for you including the arms which are not stated as polished chrome, this is just the base of the chair. Everything is in the description and the specifications and should help you know what to expect.
