Nice chair awkward to put some of the fittings together with having mobility problems the chair was a bit low and the arms would have been better if they were straight as I have difficulties standing up.

Good communication, delivery earlier than expected, and good prices. Having full product dimensions for chairs for example would be helpful in choosing the right one to suit.
Nautilus Predator Executive Leather Effect Ergonomic Gaming Chair
Ok if you're average height, I'm 6ft and the back of the chair is too short, as well as the arms being set too far back. Easy to put together though, and looks nice.
Nautilus Lipped Studded Chair Mat for Carpet - 900 x 1200mm
Bit awkward to unroll and get the kinks out of, but seems to do the job. The chair wheels leave dents, but they disappear overnight so hopefully it will last for a while yet.

'Very poor delivery arrangements'
We had to arrange for a person to sit in our village hall from 8 am as we were told there was no way we could be advised which delivery we would be on the delivery route plan nor an estimated delivery time.
At about 9.30 am on the morning of the delivery we were told to expect delivery between 11am and 1pm.
At 1.15 pm that was revised to between 1pm and 3pm.
We made the calls to ask for the information.
The delivery arrived at 3.05pm.
We asked when we placed the order for about 30 minutes notice of the delivery.
Lorry was a Pallet-line company vehicle which if, as we believe, it has a tracker, we would have expected a 30 minute notice could have been arranged, instead of someone having to wait in our village hall from 8 am.

Arranging the delivery of the chairs was a nightmare. We were told they could be delivered any time between 8 am and 6 pm so we had to arrange for someone to sit in our village hall and wait.
The morning of the delivery we established the delivery would be between 11am and 1pm. That was revised to between 1pm and 3pm Delivery arrive at 3.05pm.
Delivery arrangements and communication should be improved so more convenient for the customer.
The chairs are comfortable and by reverse stacking can be stacked up to 15 high which is ideal for us.
