Good communication, delivery earlier than expected, and good prices. Having full product dimensions for chairs for example would be helpful in choosing the right one to suit.
Nautilus Predator Executive Leather Effect Ergonomic Gaming Chair
Ok if you're average height, I'm 6ft and the back of the chair is too short, as well as the arms being set too far back. Easy to put together though, and looks nice.
Nautilus Lipped Studded Chair Mat for Carpet - 900 x 1200mm
Bit awkward to unroll and get the kinks out of, but seems to do the job. The chair wheels leave dents, but they disappear overnight so hopefully it will last for a while yet.

Very quick delivery, although I was supposed to get tracking details from DPD as to the actual day of delivery but as we were at home it didn't matter too much

Nautilus Titan Oversized Leather Effect Executive Chair
Delivered very quickly. I realised as I started to unpack the box just how heavy and robust the parts for this chair were-much better quality than previous chairs I'd purchased, It took about 20 minutes to assemble using the Allen key that was provided. It's extremely comfortable with very luxurious "leather" covering. Very pleased with this purchase. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for
