Elite Norton A1 Plan 3 Drawer Chest
Once built it is a good unit for the money.
Unfortunately two of the connections had been put in the wrong way around. We had to resort to a hammer and screwdriver to turn them around so everything slotted together.
Still waiting (2 months) for a response from them.

On time, trolley arrived without wheels but this was sorted quickly by supplier. Good service all round

Gopak Round Table Trolley

Bought to replace older Gopak tables, they are heavy but the design and shape allow for no lifting, just roll on-roll off.
We went for the grey colour and it is a great contrast to the usual wood grain colourway.
Hopefully the locking mechanism will free up with use as a little tight to pinch together at first.
Good sturdy tables though.
And the trolley is robust and easy to manoeuvre also.

Fast delivery, and really well packed to protect from any knocks in transit. It had easy step by step instructions of how to assemble and I feel it is a good quality, sturdy desk - perfect size for my needs and comfortable to sit at.

Gentoo Vantage 200 - 3 Lever Asynchro Operators Chair
A comfortable office chair, well-padded and adjustable. It is fairly small and I would not recommend it for a large person as it is narrower and shorter in the seat than my last one. A good buy.

'SATISFACTORY, BUT COULD BE A LOT BETTER'
It was minimal. Only two to advise of delivery changes, but yet the delivery date was totally different to that expected. So not helpful one bit.
The driver of the vehicle that delivered the goods was SUPERB. Very friendly, helpful and kind.
We appreciate your feedback.
When an item has a longer lead time such as 8-10 weeks, delivery is only estimated and we send out expected delivery based on the time of despatch from the manufacturers.
I apologise that your delivery seemed to be delivered unexpectedly, and I will look into why tracking was not more precise.
