Efficient service on telephone. Arrived a day later than originally informed.

Next day delivery is usually if the items are ordered by 2pm, however as it is December unfortunately as much as we try our couriers are very stretched at this time of year.

The service was fine. The chair is good quality although there's a small bubble on one of the adjustable arms that I hope won't deteriorate, hence 4 stars.
As an add on I think Feefo should wait until the customer has received the item before asking for a review and then sending a reminder when you've only had it a few days!

'Great company, great tables, terrible courier!'
The Go Pak tables are great, and Office Durniture Direct were professional but the courier was awful. Delivery was to an unattended building so we asked for a phonecall en route. They didn’t and left the tables outside in a public area where they could have been stolen!

We are very sorry that the couriers did not call the number provided as requested. Unfortunately if the couriers are busy and have been instructed to leave without a required signature, we are unable to guarantee that the driver will call our customers.

Quick delivery and timely follow-up delivery of a replacement part; unfortunate that the wrong part was sent in the first place however.

'Comfortable chair'
Easy to order, and fast delivery. Unfortunately, I had a little difficulty assembling the chair. Rang Customer Services, who were very helpful.

Teknik Ergo Blaster Operators Chair
Instructions for the assembly of chair, are a bit basic. I had to seek help. The chair is comfortable, but badly finished on the fabric Loose threads were cut off to neaten the chair.

'Good supplier.'
All good except delivery time slot of 9am-5pm is not ideal.
