I did think the face of the sofa was leather but it seems like faux leather. Apart from that it’s all good.

'Product excellent. Communication could be better.'
The table height offered was not a standard working height. Fortunately I spotted this and got my order changed to a standard height. The communication confirming the change could have been more prompt. I had to call twice.

'Good solid desk'
Arrived in good condition within time specified, however I wasn't notified of delivery until AFTER it arrived. Back panel was scratched but not visible once assembled. Good solid desk. Easy to install.

the process was great. there is a lot of information when investigating the product. the price is quite high, but everything needed was in the delivered package.
my only issue is the image or text didn't indicate that the draws were separate, this would not have been a problem if they would fit under the desk.
The text is also wrong, the desk is self assembly, which in my case was a bonus as i needed to manoeuvre the desk up some stairs.

product was of top class quality in all aspects, but packing when delivered was ripped open.

'Great product'
All great apart from it was a left hand unit and the instructions were for right hand.... So they ended up in the bin tbh. I would recommend creating a manual for both sides. Product is great tho

Unfortunately due to the fact that the right and left facing desks are very similar Dams use the same instructions leaflet for both.
I am very pleased that you love the desk and hope that the desk aside from the instructions, was reasonably simple to put together.

See above - you will be receiving less response having this additional box... Many would have closed their browser at this point. Keep it simple, on box. This is confusing

'Arrived damaged but sorted quickly'
Goods arrived damaged however a replacement part was dispatched quickly and issue sorted within a few days. Once spare part received I if am very happy with the product
