'Quivk delivery and easy assembly of table'
The delivery was quick and easy. Table was easy to assemble. Slight damage on the table surface and a chipped corner but I don't have the time to wait for a replacement.

'Good light foldaway tables'
As over Xmas period quite a wait for tables which was advised but delivery not on day that was confirmed. After phone call they were delivered next day but no phone call to say time as promised and found them outside the building, luckily well wrapped as was raining but tables are great for what we need and colour samples provided quickly

'Exactly as I hoped'
The title says it all, Arrived well within the forecast up to 5 days. I only give 5 stars for service above and beyond what should be expected, rather difficult to achieve in this case. No complaints.

We have given 4 stars it would have be 5 but we asked to be given 30 minutes notice for the delivery but this did not happen. The drivers were lucky that there was someone to take delivery.

Nautilus Lipped Studded Chair Mat for Carpet - 900 x 1200mm
The chair mat was too soft and the wheels would not glide on the surface , they sunk into the mat. I will be returning the mat as soon as i can find the correct procedure.

'Prompt delivery, good customer service, sub supplier warehousing not so goo'
Delivery prompt, customer service good and quick to order replacement for damaged item. Needs to work with sub supplier TC on storage arrangements at their distribution centre. We received goods in soaked packaging which had clearly been in standing water for some time, causing damage to 6 items. We accepted 5 of the items as the damage was minor and it was more efficient to do so than order replacements but the chipboard on one item was badly delaminated in a place that was very visible. Recognising the above is not directly and OFD issue, my rating is based on their service and help replacing the damaged item.

Godd value. Pity that one of the bolts did not fit. This should have been picked up in quality control before despatch.
